Kalyn has supported emerging readers in Philadelphia, Austin, and New York City as a dyslexia therapist and teacher-mentor. She specializes in providing individualized evidence-based reading intervention to students with language-based learning disabilities.

She manages high-impact business proposals for education-technology software in the public sector, partnering with K–12 school districts to evaluate needs, offer solutions, and advance safe, equitable learning environments.
